The Co-Operative has moved the contract to publish its magazine from incumbent Redwood Publishing to River Publishing, the company that produces Dare magazine for Superdrug.
River is now understood to have reached an agreement with the Manchester-based society to handle the publishing of it’s The Co-Operative Magazine, which is expected to have a print run of roughly half a million. The title, originally launched in November 2006 by Redwood, targets the society’s membership of 1.2m people, publicising and promoting its work through its stores, travel operators, banking and other consumer services. It also includes a broad range of lifestyle and related content. River will now promote the quarterly publication through trials and email marketing. http://www.co-operative.co.uk Something to add?
