Sport Newspapers in reverse takeover talks |

The owners of the Daily and Sunday Sport newspapers which are based in Manchester, are in talks to sell the company to a mobile adult content company which is a supplier to the newspapers.
The value of the deal is believed to be around £60m. Sport newspapers (SNL) are owned by David Sullivan and the Gold Brothers, Ralph and David.
Interactive World, the company understood to be bidding for SNL is listed on AIM. In turn, Sullivan already owns almost half of Interactive’s shares.
The Sunday Sport was launched in 1986 and sales peaked at over 600,000. The audited circulation for the six months to March 2007 showed a year on year fall of 28% to just under 102,000 copies.
