Spot the bus not the ball, says TransportMatters | Print |  Email to a friend

In a fresh take on the traditional ‘spot the ball’ newspaper competitions Rochdale-based online magazine TransportMatters has started a new ‘spot the bus’ initiative.
TransportMatters is a free, online title that is emailed out to every MP in the country and senior executives in the transport industry throughout the north west.

Created by the agency of the same name, the magazine is now on its fourth edition and introduced the competition as a bit of light hearted relief for the readership.

As agency boss Alan Salter explained: “There is no reason why a transport magazine should be deadly serious all the time and I hope that Spot the Bus catches on.

“After all, the Westmoreland Gazette gets away with ‘Spot the Dog’.”

The competition challenges players to study an overhead shot of Greater Manchester and mark, using the traditional ‘x’, where they think the mystery bus is.

The winner receives a week’s travel by bus, train and tram courtesy of SystemOne Travelcards.
