Ten Alps Publishing has reached agreement with the Museums & Heritage Show for its publication Museums & Heritage magazine and its sister website, www.MandHLive.com , to be the official media partner for the 2008 show.
The show, which next year will be its 16th annual event, claims to be the UK's leading trade exhibition for the sector relating to museums, galleries and heritage visitor attractions.
Anna Preedy, a director of the show said: “We are pleased to be working with Museums & Heritage magazine as media partner for the show. We have seen the magazine develop over the past few years and believe that it complements our show’s growth and direction.”
Museums and Heritage magazine was launched as ‘Museums in Britain’ but was relaunched as ‘Museums & Heritage’ in 2001.
The publication’s web site, www.mandhlive.com, which was launched at this year’s Museums and Heritage show, is more ambitious in scale than the publication as it is pitching its content at a global audience.
Ian Clappison of Ten Alps added: “This is the latest marketing partnership arrangement we have undertaken with our Museums and Heritage products and will allow two of the most successful operators in the sector to work closely and offer an unparalleled service for the industry.”
Ten Alps produces over 500 specialist print titles covering primarily B2B and public sector markets from bases in Macclesfield, Manchester, Gateshead, London and Wigan.
The company employs almost 300 staff in the North West and has its head office in Macclesfield.
