Trinity Mirror’s Liverpool Echo is set to have a “full makeover” and re-launch this coming Monday, 27 October, with new sections, more colour and a new layout and design.
These are the words of editor Ali Machray, who outlined the upcoming changes in his editorial column.
In this he talked about the new format and extras that the team has “spent the entire year working on.”
He explained: “The paper will have brand new education and health sections, a special new section for women, even more exclusive football content along with a cleaner, easier to read layout, a new design, refreshing new use of colour, and tons more local and community news."
The changes will be reflected on the Echo’s website.
Machray opined that the “paper that stands up for Merseyside, is getting a superb new look and superb new content” with the re-launch.
