Following January's seminars on sport ,  the next five day seminar will look online and discuss how media is having to change and how managers are having to react to customers' new expectations of delivery.

Evening Gazette assistant editor, Julie Martin and online specialists Mark Comerford and Andy Dickinson will be leading the discussions.

As well as the talks, there will be a number of master classes for people to brush up on their digital skills – which can be used to earn academic credits towards university awards.

It runs from 6-10 October and to applications are available via www.ukjournalism.org/jleaders
