Warren Butcher appointed MD of Trinity N Wales and Cheshire | Print |  Email to a friend

Warren Butcher, regional ad director of Trinity’s North West Region since 2005, has replaced John Griffith as MD of the company’s North Wales, Cheshire and Huddersfield operations.
Warren Butcher, regional ad director of Trinity’s North West Region since 2005, has replaced John Griffith as MD of the company’s North Wales, Cheshire and Huddersfield operations.

Griffith has moved to become MD of the Birmingham Post and Mail.

Butcher will have responsibility for a number of weekly titles, two daily papers: the Daily Post and the Huddersfield daily Examiner and a growing number of websites including the new tourism website northwales.co.uk .

His remit also includes the creation of new products and the development of Trinity’s advertising services.

Of his new role, Butcher said: "Having worked for Trinity Mirror for some 19 years in a variety of diverse and exciting commercial roles it is a truly a privilege to be appointed to the position of managing director of such an strong and influential range of print and online media brands."
