WHLN (What Happened Last Night), a web publishing company specialising in entertainment and clubbing/going out sites has issued a cease and desist notice to www.tilllate.com , a Swiss owned publisher of international entertainment web sites which celebrates its seventh birthday shortly.
Tilllate’s review of two Manchester venues: Cloud 23 bar and Odder strike a remarkable resemblance to the reviews that appear on WHLN…
Ripped One
WHLN review of Cloud 23
This bar promises opulence never before seen in the city, and Cloud 23 sits atop the Hilton hotel in the Beetham Tower. Above it is another 20 floors of apartments, below it are a lot of hotel rooms and another bar (Podium).
Double vaulted windows and glass peepholes in the floor will add to the effect, and if you can look past the pricey drinks then you'll be in for a treat. The cocktails are excellent though, and well mixed.
Entrance is gained via the main Hilton foyer, and an elevator will whisk you up to the bar in just fifteen seconds.

Ripped Two
WHLN's review of Odder
Barely out of nappies, Odd Bar in the Northern Quarter has spawned a child. Odder, situated on Oxford Road opposite the BBC and in the former home of Zumbar, has now opened to the public and it brings some of that Northern Quarter vibe to the self proclaimed Souther Quarter. Inside you'll find a small downstairs bar, a large upstairs bar and a mishmash of giant lizards, numerous clocks and a 6ft tall vase.
With the nearby Kro2, Pure Space and Po Na Na, Odder was always going to have to work hard to come out on top. This eclectic decor and attractive clientele look set to make this bar a winner.

Perhaps WHLN launches its planned Newcastle site, the Swiss will find the language barrier too tricky and the lawyers can be put back in the drawer again
