Members of the Association of Photographers in the North West are planning to hold an exhibition in Manchester and subsequently Liverpool this autumn.
The Association wants to increase its profile and that of its members to potential buyers of their services in the region.
A similar show has been staged in London but this would be a first outside the capital.
The Manchester exhibition which Reform Creative is helping with, is likely to be held at Dukes 92 in Castlefield but a date for the show and for Liverpool have yet to be confirmed.
The organisers are hoping to attract several dozen photographers to exhibit at the show.
