Bendelow heads up new division for Better Placed Recruitment |

Paul Bendelow has been taken on by Manchester and Leeds-based Better Placed Recruitment to head up the firm’s new executive search and selection division.
 Bendelow, front, with BPR Bendelow is well known within the recruitment industry and joins BPR after stints with the EMR Group and Imprint Search and Selection.His new role will be focused on sourcing applicants for senior sales and marketing positions, as the firm branches out into the £60,000 to £200,000 salary bracket for its ‘executive’ offering. Andrew Gibson, BPR director, said of his new recruit: “The success of the region’s economy is creating enormous growth in demand for senior people in sales and marketing. “Paul Bendelow has a tremendous knowledge of the marketplace and an excellent network of contacts. He is the ideal person to help us meet the needs of existing and new clients.” Bendelow – who is, incidentally, a former Welsh international water polo player – joins a firm that services clients of the order of HBOS, Yorkshire Building Society, Experian, Morrisons, Kelloggs, Arla Foods and Jet2.
