Outdoor media owner Clear Channel has launched the ‘Liverpool Capital of Culture’ package to appeal to clients that want to target the estimated two million extra visitors that will flood into the city this year.
Clear opportunities for 08 Clear Channel apparently owns 84% of all the six sheet sites in Liverpool and one third of the billboards. It is seeking to exploit that advantagous position by offering dedicated city packages which combine 50 Adshel six sheets, 15 48-sheets and five 96-sheets.According to Clear Channel this provides a real opportunity as “advertisers choosing to target the groups of likeminded individuals drawn to Liverpool will be able to reach people in a positive mindset, soaking up the attractions and open to new ideas and messages.” The LCC package adds to Clear Channels growing portfolio of ‘tailor-made’ offerings, which include the ‘Pink Pound’, ‘Ethnic Audience’ and ‘Light TV’ viewer solutions. http://www.clearchannel.co.uk/ Something to add?
