Jarvis boosts senior Topham team

Property developer Charles Topham Group has appointed John Jarvis as the firm’s new sales and marketing director.

Jarvis joins the family run firm after a career that has seen him take on the MD role at both Crosby Homes (Lancashire) and David McLean.

He also held marketing positions with homebuilders Barratt and Redrow.

Charles Topham is based in Bolton and specialises in land acquisition, restoration projects and the new build of both residential and commercial properties.
