The Jewish Film Festival, which this year will include 11 towns and cities, is expanding its programme schedule in Liverpool, Manchester and Brighton.
New venues for the Festival, which runs from 26 January to 12 February, include the Imperial War Museum, the Trafford Centre Odeon and Liverpool FACT.
Manchester’s Cornerhouse cinema remains the principal venue outside London.
On Friday 25 January Steven Frank, a Holocaust survivor, will lead a special Memorial Day session at the Cornerhouse in a launch event hosted by Manchester city council.
