Moneysupermarket nets Williams as new comms director |

Chester-based price comparison website Moneysupermarket.com has succeeded in luring the boss of its retained PR agency away to be the firm’s new director of communications.
Ian Williams is set to take up his new position with the company next month, after stepping down from his current role of joint managing director at Lansons Communications. Williams has been with the London based firm for the past 13 years and has worked alongside Moneysupermarket, one of the agency’s first online clients, since 1999.In his new role he will be responsible for investor relations, consumer and international PR. Moneysupermarket is continuing to trade strongly and in its latest financial results, for the period from 22 June to 31 December 2007, announced a profit of £9.4m on a turnover of £88.3m. www.moneysupermarket.com Something to add?
