Marketing services and customer management company, LBM, based in Altrincham, which employs over 2,000 staff across the UK, has restructured its senior management team.
The company, which was established in 1996, offers marketing solutions, primarily delivered through the company’s contact centre, to leading B2B and B2C brands across the UK including O2, Canon, Carphone Warehouse, npower and Sky.
LBM’s main areas of activity involve clients from the telecoms, utilities, financial services, media, automotive and retail sectors.
Ben Dixon, chief executive of LBM has left the company after nine years with the company for ‘personal reasons’. He has not been directly replaced, however Mark Bates, previously chief operating officer, has been appointed in a new role of managing director.
Several other senior appointments have also been made, mostly in the marketing department, most notably John Lord, previously with Dun & Bradstreet, who has joined as LBM’s first group sales and marketing director.
 Bates The company has also poached Gary Powell from D&B rival Equifax to head up the company’s London sales operations.
