The NHS Information Centre, headquartered across the Pennines in Leeds, could (or perhaps should) be attracting substantial interest from agencies in the North West, as it looks to create a new multi-million pound roster of marketing suppliers.
Created to act as a ‘hub’ for health and social care information for the whole of England, the organisation has just initiated a search for suppliers to help it achieve its marcomm aims. In a framework that is set to last for three years, with a possible one year extension, the NHS IC is recruiting teams across the following “key marketing and communications disciplines”: advertising; PR; conference services; website infrastructure; website design; e-marketing; exhibition services; branding and design; internal comms; print; research; media planning; mailing; and merchandising. Together the briefs are worth between £2.3m and £2.9m. The cut-off date for applications from interested parties is 24 October. More details about the scope of the organisation is available at its website. www.ic.nhs.uk Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
