Your Space appoints Bell Pottinger Liverpool |

Serviced office operator Your Space has appointed Bell Pottinger’s Liverpool office to handle its media relations account.
AIM-listed Your Space operates six serviced office buildings in Birmingham, Liverpool, London, and Manchester and is due to open a further three in 2008. The company was hitherto working with Liverpool agency Paver Smith on a project basis.
Bell Pottinger’s brief is to both build awareness of Your Space’s offices among would be occupiers and professional advisers and also to help raise the company’s corporate profile within the property sector.
Colin Rimmer, brand manager at Your Space said: “We have an ambitious expansion plan and it is crucial that we have a communications partner that can support us in meeting this growth and develop our profile.
Richard Clein of Bell Pottinger added that “Your Space’s serviced offices are unique – they are competitively priced but are full of character and five-star service.
“There is a great story to tell about how businesses can go into a building with character and enjoy free phone calls and broadband Internet connection at the same price that they would normally pay for a dreary space in rival properties.”
